| The company schülke services a staff-shop, where the employees have the chance to buy the established Schülke-products for private use. The whole economic organization of this shop is managed by the trainees self-contained since May 2008 – this is a real challenge!

In order to manage the staff-shop as effective as possible, several teams were put together to execute the different topics. On the one hand we have got a marketing and a product finding team, on the other hand specialists, who concentrate on EDV and as well trained moderators, who advises the team the right contact to a customer. By the management a budget is specified, which can be used for example for advertisement arrangements. It’s the business of the trainees to decide where to invest.
Regular meetings take place to keep the board of management up to date about planed actions.Special in this project is the similarity to a regular company on the free market. This gives the trainees a deep insight in operations, as they occur in a regular company and gives them the opportunity to practice personal responsibility.As it is said in the whole apprenticeship, as well in this project it’s important to show commitment and having fun! Both is not difficult to achieve, as a reward they get a profit sharing. Collective is discussed for which actions the profit will be spent.
